 General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC of India): ये फार्म General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC of India) के द्वरा जारी किया गया है इस फार्म को भरने के लिए (GIC of India) की official website पर जा कर फार्म को फिल करना होगा 

फार्म जारी होने की तारिक :10-03-2021 

फार्म की अंतिम तारिक 29-03-2021 

इस फार्म को भरने के लिए  https:// gicofindia.in पर जा कर अनलाइन फार्म को भर सकते है इस फार्म को भरने से पहले दिए गए मत्वपूर्ण बिन्दुओ को ध्यान से पढ़ ले इस से आपको  फार्म भरने मे किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना ना करना पड़े |

फार्म कैसे भरे :

इस फार्म को भरने के लिए जो उम्मीद्वार इस की योग्यता रखता है वह इस फार्म को भर सकता है इस फार्म को भरने के लिए आपको दिए गए बिन्दुओ को ध्यान से पढ़ ले फार्म को भरने के लिए gicoindia पर जाकर फार्म को भरना पड़ेगा |

फार्म भरने के लिए https://gicofindia.in पर जाए वह पर आप अनलाइन submission भरने को भर सकते है इस फार्म को अप्लाइ वह उम्मीद्वार करे जो इसकी योग्यता रखता है इस फार्म को भरने के लिए आपको सबसे पहले इस की साइट पर जाकर अनलाइन पंजीकरण करना होगा पंजीकरण करने के लिए आपके पास मोबाईल फोन व ईमेल id का होना जरूरी है 

फार्म को भरने के लिए :

          General Insurance Corporation of India (GIC of India) 2021 

❖ E-mail ID (which must be valid for at least one year from the date of application)

❖ Mobile No (which must be valid for at least one year from the date of application)

❖ Non-refundable amount of Rs. 850/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Fifty Only) (plus GST @ 18%) as Processing and

Examination fees has to be paid on line only as per instruction given in above website upon completion of registration

and application. (Candidates belonging to SC/ST category, PH candidates, Female candidates and the employees of

GIC and GIPSA Member Companies are exempted from the fees). Demand Draft/ Money Order / Postal Order or

any other mode of payment is not acceptable.

A soft copy of recent (not more than 1 month old) colour passport size photograph of the full face (front view) with

the file size not more than 20KB-50KB.

❖ Online payment of Processing and Examination fees (if applicable) and valid e-mail ID, Mobile Number &

Photograph are mandatory fields without which applications will not be registered. 

 

फार्म को ध्यान से भर कर उसे चेक कर ले जिससे फार्म मे कोई गलती ना फार्म मे गलती हो तो उसे अपडेट या सुधार कर लेवे फार्म मे गलती होने पर उसे फार्म को निरस्त कर दिया जाएगया | फार्म मे भरी हुई फीस भी वापस नहीं दी जाएगी फार्म को ध्यान पूर्वक भर पूरा फार्म चेक करने के बाद ही उससे सुबिट बटन का पर क्लिक करे फार्म 

इस फार्म मे उम्मीद्वार की आयु :

कम से कम आयु 21 वर्ष 

जायद से जायद आयु 30 वर्ष होना ही अनिवार्य है  

उम्मीद्वार को अपनी कास्ट के अनुशार छूट दी जाएगी
